Covid 19

Covid-19 - Protecting our people, clients and the community

We have implemented a Covid-19 Policy into our Health and Safety system to take precautionary measures to protect our people, our clients and community.

Some of the things we are doing are:

  • We are following government guidelines in regard to asking people to self isolate if they come back from an overseas trip
  • We have paused business related international travel.
  • We are asking our people to stay home if they feel sick and wash their hands carefully for at least 20 seconds with soap when arriving at the office and regularly throughout the day.
  • Our people are preparing to work remotely should they need to.
  • We are following new greeting guidelines and following the Ministry of Health's guidelines in regard to maintaining distance, sneezing into your elbow, covering coughs etc.
  • In addition to the commercial cleaning of our business premises we are using disinfectant wipes at our office to wipe our surfaces regularly and our landlord has advised us they are following the Ministry of Health's guidelines and undertaking additional cleaning of the shared areas in our building.

What you need to know if you visit our office

We love welcoming people to our office. However, we have some simple guidelines for this period.

If you have arrived from overseas within the last 14 days we unfortunately cannot take a face to face meeting. Let us know and we will arrange an alternative way of connecting.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not visit. Again, we'll happily arrange an alternative.

Please follow the Covid-19 social etiquette when you are with us. Wash your hands before we meet (a bathroom is available at our office), or use the hand sanitiser as you enter. Don't be offended if we don't shake hands.
