I joined McIsaacs after over 20 years experience at a mid tier accounting firm where I was an owner and principal. I'm known for creating an environment of excellence where caring for clients and getting the job done right is important to me. I like to develop quality relationships with my clients, where they feel comfortable asking questions so I can get onto the business of helping them achieve their goals.

I can assist with start ups, due diligence, restructuring and I enjoy working through a process of continued improvement for businesses to make them "sale ready". I do this by helping clients improve the value of their business through budgeting, developing accounting and management reporting systems and processes, strategic planning, risk management, implementing good governance, advisory meetings and succession planning.

I have a special interest in family business which I thoroughly believe is the foundation of our country. I help families in business and high net wealth families deal with the difficult questions around governance and succession, thereby reducing the risk of family conflict.
