I am an experienced Chartered Accountant, a Business Mentor and have specialised in tax since 1996.



I have worked in the Chartered Accountant industry since 1988, having been a Tax Principal at WHK Auckland (now Crowe Horwath), a major international firm of Chartered Accountants in the CBD. Prior to that, I was a Tax Partner at Horwath Porter Wigglesworth.

I provide specialist tax advice to our clients, other Chartered Accountants and law firms, as well as consulting to businesses which have their own in-house accounting team.

I enjoy using my tax and commercial knowledge to: 

• Solve client tax problems in practical and effective ways.
• Assist with tax effective planning for business acquisitions and sales, mergers, structuring and investments
• Assist with IRD disputes
• Advise on tax implications of migrating to or from New Zealand
• Provide tax opinions to clients and other professionals 

In my spare time I love to spend time with my wife and 3 adult children, and also travel, and trek with my wife through different places around the globe whenever I can!
