Here's how to reduce the hidden costs of expenses

 

If you are using xero you could save time entering expenses.

This easy to use app automates expenses submission and makes it's easy to review and approve. Its all within Xero so there's no extra software to maintain or logins to remember.

 

Never miss another expense

All your staff need to do is take a snap/photo of a receipt form any mobile device and xero automatically fills out the claim information. Then all they need to do is check and submit.

Once the expense is approved it automatically shows up in xero as a bill ready to pay.

How to get started

Xero Expenses is available in Stand and Premium plans in NZ and includes one active user free of charge.

Additional uses are charged $5 per month, but only in months they are active (make a reimbursement claim or have a claim submitted on their behalf).

 

Xero expenses is perfect for small – medium businesses with a simple expenses approval process.

If your business has wide ranging data capture needs, then Receipt Bank is an alternative app. Receipt bank also has integration with Xero.
